Most orders arrive in 7-14 days, since each item ships directly from the maker's workshop rather than a local warehouse. We'll tell you the estimate at checkout.
Can I return something?

Yes — 30 days, no interrogation. Email us the order number and we'll sort the rest.
Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to most of Southern Africa and select international destinations — check at checkout by entering your address.
Who actually makes these products?

Every product page names the maker or workshop. We visit or vet each one personally before they join the shop.
